Wilkerson has introduced its new
complete line of 03 Series miniature air-line filters, regulators, and
lubricators (FRLs).
The miniature 03 Series FRL products are for
applications anywhere compressed-air treatment and preparation is needed to
protect and maximize the efficiency of pneumatic equipment. Typical
applications include conveyors, packaging machinery, automotive
manufacturing, machine tools, medical and dental equipment, home
compressors, and automated-assembly equipment.
The complete Wilkerson miniature 03 Series line
includes:

F03 Filters and M03 Coalescing Filters,
with available multiple-bowl and drain options, keep particulate matter,
oil vapor, and water from entering pneumatic components, which may plug
small orifices or cause excessive wear and premature failure.

R03 Regulators provide quick response
and accurate pressure regulation.

B03 Filter/Regulator units accurately
regulate pressure and provide high moisture-removal efficiency in a
space-saving package.

L03 EconOmist Lubricators, with
transparent lubricator sight dome for 360° visibility, provide
proportional oil delivery over a wide range of airflows.

D03 Two-Unit Combos (filter/regulator
and lubricator) and C03 Three-Unit Combos (filter, regulator, and
lubricator) provide for configuration flexibility.
Miniature FRLs are usually
located at the point of use where piping is small and low airflow is
required.
